I have participated in the A2Z challenge for two years when I wrote on random words related to the particular alphabet assigned for the day. This time though, I plan to write on matters pertaining to my discipline as a HR professional for over three decades. Accordingly, key HR concepts will be discussed during the challenge in line with the alphabet of the day.
Some of the subjects that are planned to be discussed are agility in business, bench marking, coaching , design thinking, employee engagement and flexibility in management. For three to four alphabets, it is hoped that clarity as to the actual subjects would evolve as we move forward in the challenge. Although the subject may appear niche, as my readers are aware, I write straight and simple sans jargons so that those engaged in other functions/ profession would be able to relate to the content and find it relevant and interesting.
