It's about interest, passion and more important is satisfaction. Now a days preparing peoples to participate in any event to increase their knowledge and learning, itself is a big challenge. One who succeed to do this in any organization, then almost more than half work is done. Your Attitude towards any work will set a stage of your growth. Now on that stage, wether you want to dance (grow) or not, is all depends on you.<br /><br />We have to ensure that maximum participation by employees should come into picture to develop their interest. Learning new things for our own development itself is "wining" part for self. Competition comes at later stage. Where I disagree with convention is in how winning is defined. You see, if the goal is being announced the winner then you have lost.
